Products are sold without any guarantee to the customer, except for those which are specifically advertised at that specific time.
Prices
The customer will be charged with the price advertised on the website at the time of the order.
Nexera.mu reserves the right to change the price of any item without any notice prior to the confirmation of the order.
All prices displayed on the website are VAT included.
Delivery Policy
The customer will be notified by email, SMS or phone call to confirm the delivery location, date and time.
Nexera.mu endeavours to make the order available for pickup/delivered within two working days from order confirmation and payment received. The customer needs to present his/her National ID Card or Passport for goods delivery.
Orders equal to or above MUR 3,000.00 will be delivered free of charge.
The customer must inspect the product(s) before taking delivery. Any damage is to be reported immediately to the Delivery Agent. www.nexera.mu will not accept responsibility for damages detected after the delivery agent has left the delivery point.
Once the customer has inspected the order and signed on the delivery document, the said document shall constitute a proof of delivery.

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00
(Excluding public holidays and force majeure)
Returns
www.nexera.mu does not accept returns once products are sold and once delivery is acknowledged in good condition by the customer; and the goods cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.
The customer shall not accept the delivery if:
- the product being delivered is not the same as the product that has been ordered.
In those circumstances, the customer shall return the product to the Delivery Agent of Nexera.mu
Defective products
In case a customer finds a product defective after delivery, the customer shall notify www.nexera.mu within 24 hours of delivery by calling on (+230) 59827337/52579918 or send a mail to nexera.marketing@gmail.com
Any request for return will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product on the following conditions:
- The customer must bring the defective product to www.nexera.mu located at Lapeyrouse Street, Belle-Rose, Rose-Hill Mauritius, together with the valid Warranty Certificate, if any.
- The customer must present the Sales Invoice and his/her National ID Card or Passport.
- The customer agrees neither himself/herself nor to allow any other party to modify or tamper with the product. Any evidence of same shall be considered as a “material breach” of the Terms and Conditions by the customer.
- Nexera.mu shall have no obligation to accept back any product if any of above conditions are not being respected.
Cancellation of Order and Refund Policy
A customer may cancel his/her order within 24 hours of the purchase, with valid reasons, by calling Nexera Marketing Co. Ltd on (+230) 59827337/52579918 or send a mail to nexera.marketing@gmail.com
Disclaimer Policy
No liability of any sort whatsoever shall be borne by Nexera.mu in relation to the occurrence of force majeure and any of the incidents mentioned above.
Any material downloaded or otherwise accessed using the Website shall be rendered at the discretion and expense of the customer and shall be solely liable for any damage to or loss of data arising from the download of any such material to his/her computer device and Nexera.mu shall at all times be kept harmless from such claims.
